vintage garments need to be treated with care, as they are typically over 25+ years
old and have experienced many different treatments over those years
collectors of vintage clothing are often willing to live with a few minor flaws in order
to obtain the quality lacking in modern clothing; qualities like exquisite hand-work,
and rich, hand-loomed fabrics
if there are flaws, I will note them on the item listing

shipping rates are shown on the item page {international customers please contact
me via the contact form so I can give you a quote for shipping}
standard USPS shipping is used {dependent upon weight it will either be first class
or priority direct to you}
super fast shipping via Express is available; please send me your zip code from the
item page using the contact form
shipping is usually done on a daily basis, unless I'm on vacation; I'll post a message
on the main page of the website if I will be away
item totals over $50.00 are automatically insured; over $100 require signature upon
delivery

how to pay for your order {payments}

credit cards and e-checks are accepted via paypal or google
checkout {the item pages have a paypal button but if you
prefer to pay by google please use the contact form and I'll
be happy to invoice using google}
money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks are
also accepted; personal checks are subject to an order 'hold'
until your check clears - if you care to pay via these methods
please use the contact form on the item page to contact me
and I'll send you my address
if you're sending a snail mail payment, the item will be on
'held' status for 14 days; if your payment is not received in
that time, it will be made available for other customers
returns {hmm.i'm not happy with it}

eHappy wants you to happy with your order and accepts returns for refunds or store
credits if you're disappointed
contact me stating your reason for return within 3 days of order receipt {tracking
and delivery confirmation information will show date of delivery}
you will receive a confirmation email from me accepting the return; the item is
expected to be returned within 14 days of order receipt {no exceptions regardless if
you choose a store credit or refund}
the return must be received in the same condition as stated on the item page; any
tags or affixed items {belts, accents, pins, etc.} must be present and in the same
condition - the inventory control tag attached by eHappy must remain attached
you will receive an email regarding reimbursement when the return has been
received and inspected; all orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee
shipping is not reimbursed except in the case that eHappy failed to describe or
otherwise accurately represent the item
